The fhrs:local_authority_id=* key can be used to specify the authority responsible for the inspection and rating of an establishment under the UK's Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. This can be found in the source data and corresponds to the LocalAuthorityBusinessID element in the XML data, as described on the UK Food Hygiene Rating System page. This currently appears to be of limited value, but may be of some use for data matching if local authorities release more property or business data under OGL in future.
