I'm retired. I worked for a Bio-tech company for 30 years. I was responsible for the real estate, construction and maintenance of a diverse set of office, research and manufacturing facilities.

I am an avid DIYer, photographer and golfer. I really enjoy solving problems and designing solutions (my education resulted in a BSE in Industrial Design).

Electrical issues are my weakness - I have low knowledge, skill and experience. I can muddle through, but its not a domain where muddling is often rewarded.
