I am very creative and naturally seek to improve how something I buy operates or make design it myself. I also like tovmake suggestions for improvement of existing processes or systems with other people. I like to stimulate other people with my ideas, but not from the point of view that my way is always the right way. I want and are open to be being critical with my commemts; we all can benefit from this and learn. I have worked in electronics R&D in the past. I am currently a C# software developer writing/maintaining business applications. I have coded in C and Assembly Language to develop firmware for microprocessor based control systems that I designed.
