Even though there is a power supply unit in a computer case, why are there separated power circuits for CPU, GPU, and RAM on the motherboard?
I mean, why can not the CPU, RAM and GPU just take their energy from the power supply unit?

Why motherboards have two pins for LEDs, led+ and led-
Very often you can find that there are two signal pins (+) and (-) for the LED in the motherboard.
1) Why not use one signal (+), and minus replace the ground?
2) What signal can be considered a common (+) or (-)?
