As specifics:
SOT height is between 0.90mm to 1.45mm TSOT height is between 0.90mm to 1.00mm
I've measured some of SOT package and found out that no one excess 1.10mm .
This maximum height, specified for SOT, is maybe something related to old production processes? Or is it just because I've used high quality brands products (Onsemi, Microchip, NXP)?
