I was trying to look online for any tips for wiring SODIMM RAM (LPDDR4), as I was trying to make a modular, replaceable microprocessor board, and I just wanted to ask if there were any extremely important design rules for routing SODIMM (or even if SODIMM is a viable option for the RK3399, the chip that I will be using).
Sorry if this sounds like a really simple question, I just wanted to know if SODIMM RAM on the RK3399 is a viable option and if there were any design tips for DDR4 SODIMM. Thanks.
